The plastic greenhouse, commonly known as the cold shed, is a simple and practical facility for protected land-holding and cultivation, which is commonly used around the world due to its ease of construction, ease of use and low investment, along with the development of the plastics industry. The single arch greenhouse has the advantages of simple structure, easy installation and low cost, and is an economic greenhouse suitable for use in most areas of the southern hemisphere and local areas of the northern hemisphere.

The main and secondary arches, arches and beams are all made of domestic hot-dip galvanised round tubes, and the side ventilation is provided by manual or electric film rollers with a height of about 1.5m. The film is fixed by galvanised or aluminium alloy clamps and plastic cladding wire, which is aesthetically pleasing and corrosion resistant.

Greenhouses covered with plastic film are called film greenhouses, which are cheap to build. The initial investment in the project is small. In the northern hemisphere, the film is mostly double-layer inflatable, with a light transmission rate (double-layer) of around 75%; in the southern hemisphere, the film is mostly single-layer, with a light transmission rate (single-layer) of around 80%.

Our steel is produced and shipped in a rigorous process. We process our steel pipes to customer specifications, take strict dimensional measurements to ensure they meet customer requirements and are available for in-line inspection. The steel has a certificate of steel material conformity and is available in a wide range of sizes including round and square tubes.

We have a team of professional building surveyors, each with years of experience, to provide 24-hour technical support to our clients; if required, our technicians will visit the site to guide and speed up the completion of the project.

The works were carried out in strict accordance with the drawings and the quality of completion met the national required standards. Upon completion of the project, a variety of local elements can be integrated to provide planting solutions to achieve extremely high land utilisation rates and make agriculture beneficial to the local area.
