Short Description:

The tidal irrigation mobile seedbed cultivation bed is a cultivation bed with a plastic structure with a tidal seedling tray made of plastic, it is also known as a bottom irrigation cultivation bed. This tidal irrigated mobile seedbed uses essentially the same posts and supports as the commercial metal structured cultivation beds, with a moulded impermeable plastic seedling tray.

1. Selection of seedbed size
  The current international tidal bed box size is 4550mm*1690mm (length*width) which is often referred to as 4.55m*1.7m bed box. Therefore, when designing a seedbed, the length of the individual seedbed should be a multiple of 4.55m and the width should be a multiple of 1.7m, so that the seedbed is highly utilised and no area is wasted. Based on the length and span of the open space on the plan, we designed the seedbeds to be 1.7m*18m and 1.7m*22.5m. As shown in the diagram.
  2. Seedbed configuration
  The greenhouse is equipped with 37 seedbeds of 1.7m*18.2m and 31 seedbeds of 1.7m*22.75m. The area of the seedbeds is: square meters. The number of tidal bed boxes is 303. The number of cavity trays that can be placed is: 14,544.
  3. Features of the tidal seedbeds
  The main structure is made of aluminium alloy frame.
  The skeleton is hot-dip galvanised as a whole
  Can be moved from side to side for long distances and can be fine-tuned in the direction of height, facilitating accurate water level control for tidal irrigation
  Anti-tip limiting device to prevent tilting problems due to weight bias
  A working channel of approx. 0.6 m can be created between any two seedbeds.
  The seedbed is designed to withstand a maximum load of 40 kg/㎡
